Deposits:

Deposit of $100 is required, once you receive your booking approval email to confirm the booking.

Full payment would be required for the bookings made with less than 7 days notice.

Deposits are non-refundable with the exception of 'weather related cancellation' (look below for more info)

Failure to pay the deposit within 24hrs will result in the loss of your booking.

Payments:

The remaining balance is required 48 hrs before the booking. Please refer to the same payment email, that you used to make the deposit to make the remaining balance.

$29 late payment fees will be charged on the payment made after the event date.

$69 collection fees will be charged, if it forwarded to collection agency.

Cancellations:

You will lose your deposit and will be required to make the full outstanding balance, if you wish to cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice.

Rescheduling:

Minimum 7 days notice is required to reschedule the booking to a new date (subject to availability) or else new booking needs to made with another deposit and the old deposit is forfeited.

Weather related cancellations:

Only Jumping Castle and Laser Tag comes under this heading, being an outdoor activity. Deposit is refundable or rescheduling allowed at last moment, if the weather is not suitable to conduct these activities.

Cancellation by Kidz Mantra:

We reserve the right to cancel a booking and refund the deposit, due to any unforeseen circumstances, illness or injury to the allocated staff.

Please note that being a company, we have lot of resources and reserve staff to avoid such circumstances. This will be the last resort, if we are unable to find the replacement for you.
